PENINSULA WHALERS ARRIVE IN WALES AHEAD OF HARLEQUINS CLASH
The Peninsula Whalers have arrived in Wales today ahead of their highly anticipated clash with the Harlequins.Adding major inspiration to the squad's arrival, foundation Whalers legends Neil Jenkins and Scott Gibbs were in attendance at the team's first training session.Backs coach Andrew McCormick reflected on reunited with the iconic duo, whom he previously captained to two championship titles."It was great to catch up with Jenks and Gibbsy again," McCormick said. "We shared a couple of great memories, and they also passed along some useful intelligence that we hope to utilise in the match against the Harlequins."In squad news, the Whalers have made just one change to the starting line-up from round one. Torian Barnes joins the squad, stepping in at Number 8 to replace Cornell du Preez.
