1. About World Fantasy Rugby

World Fantasy Rugby, also referred to as WFR, is a fantasy sports entertainment platform where users may register fantasy rugby franchises, participate in draft and matchday systems, manage virtual teams, follow fictional and statistical league activity, and engage with WFR community features.

WFR is not a gambling service. WFR does not offer betting, wagering, cash prizes, or financial returns based on match outcomes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing a membership, creating a team, logging in, or using WFR, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the WFR Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

3. Membership Options

WFR may offer several membership options, including Foundation Club access, Season Pass access, and Monthly Pass access. Membership benefits may include franchise registration, draft access, team management, matchday access, Team HQ features, and WFR Universe participation.

• Foundation Club: limited founding membership including 3 WFR seasons of access and founder recognition.
• Season Pass: access for the current WFR season, expiring at the official season end date.
• Monthly Pass: access while the monthly subscription remains active.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. WFR does not directly store full card details or PayPal login details. Your payment may be subject to PayPal terms, payment processing rules, and currency conversion policies.

Access may be delayed, paused, or manually reviewed if payment confirmation is incomplete, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or flagged for review.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless stated otherwise, WFR digital memberships provide access to online platform features and are not automatically refundable once access has been granted. Refund requests may be considered at WFR's discretion where there has been a duplicate payment, technical failure, or clear administrative error.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled through PayPal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

6. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. WFR may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that use misleading details, impersonate others, abuse the platform, or breach these terms.

7. Franchise and Team Names

Team names, logos, colours, and franchise identities must be appropriate for the WFR community. WFR may rename, reject, hide, or remove team identities that are offensive, misleading, unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable.

International teams are commissioner-assigned representative teams and are not available through public paid registration unless WFR specifically states otherwise.

8. Platform Rules and Commissioner Authority

WFR may operate competitions, drafts, results, fixtures, transfers, matchday submissions, rankings, awards, and legacy features. The WFR commissioner/admin team may correct errors, approve teams, adjust competitions, resolve disputes, lock or unlock rounds, reverse technical mistakes, and maintain fair platform operation.

9. Fair Use and Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attack the system, scrape data excessively, bypass payment gates, exploit bugs, harass users, post harmful content, or interfere with WFR operations. WFR may suspend or remove access for conduct that harms the platform or community.

10. Fantasy Content and Results

WFR may use player data, ratings, simulated results, imported match reports, statistics, fantasy scoring, AI-style media content, and administrative decisions to operate the WFR Universe. WFR makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and consistent systems but does not guarantee that all data, scores, rankings, or displays will always be error-free.

11. Intellectual Property

WFR branding, page designs, systems, code, fantasy league concepts, written content, graphics, fictional competition structures, and platform features belong to WFR or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, resell, clone, or commercially exploit WFR content without permission.

By submitting team names, logos, descriptions, comments, or other content, you grant WFR permission to display and use that content within the WFR platform, promotional materials, broadcasts, archives, and related community features.

12. Availability and Changes

WFR may update, improve, suspend, or remove features as the platform develops. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, database work, payment provider issues, or technical faults.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WFR is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, data display errors, interrupted access, user disputes, third-party payment issues, or platform changes. Your use of WFR is at your own risk.
