Draft Team Country Rule
Teams are restricted to a minimum of 25 players from their country base and a maximum of 5 players from outside their country in the squad of 30.
New draft teams are linked using owner_name = username so team-owner login works correctly in the draft system.
Same email address can be used for multiple registrations. Only the username and draft team name must be unique.
Admin notification email is currently set to hc@rugbyheartland.co.nz.
